HOW DO YOU CARE FOR YOUR RESIN PIECE?
Although your custom piece is made from wood and resin, it does need special care. Do NOT submerge the piece in water, wipe over with a damp cloth only. Do NOT put your piece in the dishwasher, microwave or oven. Your custom piece is only heat resistant to a certain degree so please only place warm beverages on them. If your piece has timber exposed, it will require touch up oiling with a food grade oil. Resin Essence by K uses orange oil however coconut oil is suitable
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ITEM?
Resin Essence by K will touch base with customers during a custom piece to ensure they are happy with how the piece is coming along, however if you are unhappy with any of the items purchased from us please contact us with a description of the issue and we will work with you to rectify this issue. We will not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Resin Essence by K can do custom pieces, however due to work commitments the time it may take will vary. The best way to find this out is to contact us through the 'Contact' tab above and provide specific details on the piece you are wanting done and we will endeavour to work with you on getting this done.
